Artist. Poet. Meditation Teacher. Dharma Das (Bill DeNoyelles) was empowered and named by chant master Bhagavan Das in October of 2003 with the command “Go! Teach!”

Dharma Das received his degree from the School Of Visiual Arts in NYC. He has studied environmental psychology at Montclair State University and has attend the summer poetics program at Naropa University in Boulder Colorado. From 1987 - 1990 he was the personal assistant to Mrs. Milton Avery in Bearsville, NY. It was while living in Bearsville that he began his serious inquiry into Tibetan Buddhism at Karm Triyana Dharmachakra in neighboring Woodstock, NY. It was there he met the Ven. Bardor Tulku Rinpoche who would later become his teacher. In 1991, during the Year of Tibet, Dharma Das took formal Buddhist refuge vows with the Ven. Tenga Rinpoche.

Dharma Das’ artwork has been shown throughout the United States and on the World Wide Web. He has worked as a Time Management Consultant and a Demo Logistics Supervisor.

He is known for his directness, unique sense of humor and his ability to connect rapidly with others.
